You are very well organized and have excellent interpersonal skills which enable you to satisfy our clients. You are looking to put yourself in our customers’ shoes, analyse their problems and offer them individual solutions. Within our dynamic, motivated and multicultural team, you will reply to the demands of our customers all over the world for all the products in the Netatmo range.

Under the supervision of the team leader and in constant contact with clients and different internal services: marketing, product managers, engineers, … your main tasks are the following:

  • Understand and respond to clients' requests (by email and chat)
  • Analyse the clients’ individual situations, to reply to them quickly and efficiently
  • Identify technical incidents, apprehend them and provide an appropriate solution
  • Offer adequate solutions with a positive approach
  • Organize product returns, and follow up on exchanges and repairs

Profil et compétences recherchés:

Ideally with a Bac + 2 (specialised in networks or electronics), to be able to succeed in your missions you have a successful experience of at least 3 years in similar functions, and have worked in BtoC environments.

Very good level in French or English and in German or Italian is mandatory (writing + speaking).

You know how to work within a team, you are easy going et and you are organized. You adjust quickly to new environments and you are able follow procedures and deal with deadlines.
